Creating stability
I really really need to believe I can be a stable person balancing work + life as I embark on a new solo living chapter after a breakup and I need all of you thoughtful beautiful ladies’ best tips for maintaining stability / warning signs that things are getting unstable and how to reel back. I’m terrified of living alone again (currently with family) after all of my upsets and just need some supportive advice.
Long story short, very exhausting past 6 years with 2 huge breakups, the pandemic, 3 jobs and living in 3 places. My brain and body can’t keep up with this much chaos and I need a solid year to feel settled and have it not go to the dumps within my control.
My mental health is definitely on the fritz so please please lend me your greatest tips and tricks for living solo with ADHD in your 30’s <3
