I’m in unit now and my CSM has been doing hair checks, he said that if it don’t meet the standard he will cut it himself.

The last time he shaved someone’s hair he just purposely anyhow cut one line thru the middle of the poor guy’s head, causing him to basically need to shave to almost bald, just before his ORD, just to fix his cut.

Is this even allowed, or can we report this?
