Tried a new route today ran 11 miles, time flew by!
My goal is to run a marathon in 2028 after I graduate. I currently run 30ish miles a week somewhat structured. I cant imagine running a marathon it seems so out of reached the longest ive ever ran was 15 miles, ive raced 4 half marathons too. I know its 2 years away, but is there anything I can do to prepare myself now, or any tips for when it gets closer?
My last run of April. I had a great April for running this year i ran 130 miles and all of them were outside, no treadmill runs yay!
