Out of nowhere we are having CONSTANT volume issues when streaming. We have never had an issue and stream regularly. We had one person attempt to stream on her Mac which she has never done before and it has not been the same since. We don’t know if this impacted it but that’s just when the issues started. I tried to stream today and the volume was BLASTING into my ears, putting it on 5% was the only way to get it normal. This of course meant the streamers could not hear the audio. Then another day, someone else streamed and we couldn’t hear at all. We had to figure out how to adjust the users volume so we turned up the streamers volume on our ends. I can’t understand why the volume between the voices and the video is not at the same level. One is always way too quiet or WAY too loud. And since this is happening for EVERYONE the only common thing seems to be discord because we are all using different devices, operating systems, we even have one streamer who uses discord on the web versus the app. Is there some setting we need to be fixing that might have gotten messed up somewhere ?
