hi!! 20F and i js got my scolibrace two weeks ago huhu

it was unbearably pain the first week, but managed to pull through w painkillers and get ab 14-16hrs wear per day last week. this week, the spot thats pain becomes itchy(???) like its pain the first few hours, then past 4/5 hrs it becomes this itch but scratching it doesnt help? its like an irritating itch under the skin omg was wondering if its normal

ALSOO how do yall wear it to sleep bcs everytime i wake up i find it unstrapped?? i tried wearing tighter clothes over it and wearing mittens LMAOO but its not helping any help wld be appreciated
