I have just about had my fill of Asda. I loved my job but these days i just drag myself in do my job and go home.

It's toxic. My T/L shared something i said privately (via message) with another colleague. Just an opinion that i something that had happened wasnt done in the right way. I never said anything negative about the actual colleague.

If i repeated or should i say reported half what they said, be lucky if they still had a job!

I feel totally defeated by the place.

I'm looking for a new job, but i feel like i'm only ever gonna be working in retail.

We have a manager at our store that we feel is being treated unfairly.

For example things being said about them, blamed for things, being told by a colleague they are leaving (in truth being moved on) which they were totally unaware of.

Morally unprofessional behaviour. Feel bad for them as they are genuinely a lovely person and all this backstabbing is totally unnecessary.

Please dont jump in on me, i needed to kinda air it because i genuinely feel upset for this person.
