So I have some money on Paypal but want to transfer it to Revolut. However, when I tried to send it, I was redirected to the Xoom website. Here the the site asks me to "add a payment method" (debit/credit card). Should I add my target account bank card details (Revolut) or can I use my standard bank card details to pay the transfer fees? Or can I pay with Paypal balance instead?

So recently I got 3 steam money gift code from a close friend in a value of 60$. (He is a legit friend and we know each other for a long time.) I activated the 3 cards then a bit later I just realized that I forgot to ask where he get those. He told me that he got them from a website called "dundle". And that was the moment I realized that I might be screwed. I haven't spent the 60$ yet. Could my steam account be at risk?
