I got my favourite arcanine card for the first time ever

I always had a very frizzy hair like that, but lately my hair thins at the end so much it looks so ugly.. I already cut it because of this reason because I thought they are just so dead and once I cut it it’s gonna be good.. but now thy grew back and they are like that again.. idk what to do. I also loose a lot of hair too, lately less than usual tho. I don’t use any heat asides from drying hair with a hairdryer and I never to bed with wet hair. I also don’t use shampoos with SLS. After the cut I only used salon hair masks and shampoos (L’Oreal vitaminum color Cpectrum shampoo and conditioner and Wella profesional sp color save, bith used almost the whole year. I even stopped dying my hair and ever since I cut it I dyed it only twice and the last one was in August.. please whelp me because it makes me cry

Here’s a photo of how it looks now and how it looked right after the cut that I did for the same reason.. safe to say the effect did not last long :(
