How do you move on?

We have been separated for a year now. We have two toddlers.

I haven't moved on yet. Still sad, depressed, missing the family set up. Feel like I am failing my kids. They will never experience a home with mom and dad.

I want to date again but I am secretly hope my ex come back. I also know she completely out of it.

I am stuck. I don't know what to do.

I am already going to the gym. I have a stable job. We share the kids 50/50.

I just can't move on it seems like.
