BUD Question
Not complaining, just genuinely curious; BPI is a longtime, reputable 503b who did the testing and what have you to have 1 year BUD’s, so why is this less than a year?

Anyone have one they can recommend?
I ordered a nine month advance package on 4/23, paid on 4/29. There was no movement whatsoever until yesterday, and then it all happened fast. People from Pom reached out several ways to let me know it was shipping, UPS notification came that a label was created, and it arrived today.
I received 5 of the 4ml and 8 of the 3ml.
Does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how? Other tele’s still have BPI and at this point, having ordered 4/23, paid 4/29, and no progress whatsoever, I’m at the point of potentially canceling and purchasing through someone else. I would attempt to buy elsewhere first so that I don’t wind up with nothing at all, but I understand that “duplicate” orders could get flagged and canceled…the nuance of course being that I’m not guaranteed to receive my Pom order it seems. My last communications with them have said I’ll either get the meds or a full refund.
If anyone knows how to tag Cherry or Josefa please do - I’m apparently Reddit challenged 😆 it never works for me. I am continuing to email and text and message through Charm.
Conversely, if anyone has had any luck getting somewhere, please share how. I ordered a nine month advance package, for reference, and I’m weary of $1400 just being gone with nothing to show for it.
I have a nine month order in with Pom since 4/23, but like many, am still waiting. I’m becoming concerned that I might wind up with a refund instead of the meds, so starting to formulate a plan B.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
I placed a refill order on 4/23, paid the $75. On 4/29, I got my visit summary and was charged $1274 for the 9 month Advance BPI Package. No shipping notifications as of yet.
Yesterday I read my visit summary more closely. On my prior refills, it says my order has been sent to the pharmacy. On this one, it says to reach out when I have two weeks supply left. Respectfully, I don’t want $1,300 tied up if I’m not getting the meds.
I have sent emails and texts, and have tried to call customer service to determine if they are filling my order or not. I understand Pom is slammed right now and the need for patience, but the visit summary notes makes me question my particular circumstances. Pom employees have posted here indicating early refills are allowed because of the BPI shut down. I thought I remember seeing a post of this happening to someone else, and once they got ahold of them, it got straightened out.
I’m hoping Cherry or Josefa or someone can help me out here; I’m not sure how to tag them.
