Hi all , one of my relative booked an new jio fiber connection, agent came for kyc but he told them there is sever issue with kyc so I will come tomorrow or when issue resolve. Then he booked their connection by taking 807 payment paid on official link. LR receipt type of number is generated after that. Today he still saying issue not resolved please wait . Did their money stucked or vanished ?
