I don’t use Reddit often ,but my refurbished laptop (Lenovo yoga 7) I got yesterday suddenly showed an “error” screen and now I’m stuck here no matter what I press, after it was just working wonderfully which is such a bummer :( someone please help me fix this issue asap, preferably in simpler terms since I’m not at all tech smart
