This is my creation, so be nice lol.
It’s a a grilled portobello with balsamic, roasted eggplant, veggie lentil, grilled red pepper purée, crème fraîche and parsley.. taco 🤙🏽

Super stoked to have my comfrey growing strong. Soon I’ll be fermenting it 💚

Comfrey is a staple in my garden. In natural farming or KNF comfrey is a great source for fermenting fantastic growth hormones and enzymes. 💚
