how not to fail OL maths

Hey ik the title seems genuinely silly but i have been stressing a good bit like seriously. I got 39% on the OL DEB mock after doing higher level maths for 5 years and only dropping in january of 6th year. Id be happy with even an O6 (I think I also just have low confidence in myself when it comes to maths since my teacher used to always call me stupid). ive been doing mad exam papers and im just veryyyyy scared of failing the maths leaving cert, like im mortified. my heart is pounding as i type this lol. ive also started attending grinds for maths (since last week) and i seem to know everything and tbh..i feel that mock was just quite hard like genuinely! one thing for sure i do struggle with word questions a tiny bit and also financial maths but everything else like algebra and calculus im very good at. any tips? thanks guys ;-;

Hey so my attendance for May is 0% LOL, ive been studying like mad at home ngl and been spamming through exam papers. My first course is 359 and I got 318 on the mocks. Is it still possible for me to get 380-400 points on my leaving cert regardless of my attendance? Ive been studying at home since and I have a shit ton of notes and exam papers done. Lmk, i'd like to hear yer opinions, I also am going to grinds for french and maths :)

i see more students being stressed about the leaving cert and it actually isnt okay to be THAT stressed. i had a girl in my class who would have genuine panic attacks about oral exams. my friend who sat lc last year would literally do all nighters 24/7. even me, my anxiety has gone up. im having panic attacks regularly and i have NIGHTMARES about the leaving cert. and ykw, i feel most teachers arent exactly helping like how they should be. the school preaches about "mental health awareness", but some of the very same teachers in the school will tell you to your face that you'll fail your leaving cert. ive had 2 teachers tell me to my face that i would fail and 1 teacher tell me that i wouldnt go to college. there is literally no excuse for telling a student that they wont do good in life. because of this, my academic confidence has been weak. people tell me im well able to get 500 and im studying 24/7, atleast 2-4 hours a day when i do, my walls are full of biology notes; but remembering what teachers have said to you can hurt.

but the better picture is people who sat the leaving cert normally say it was really easy. and people are normally happy with their results. they say because of how teachers make it out to be, youre scared at first so youre studying a lot and doing exam papers. but it literally shouldnt be to the point where youre crying or having panic attacks or youre not sleeping. THAT ISNT NORMAL!!!!!

heyyy guys the change of mind opens today in an hour approx, would i be able to still apply for level 7 courses? theyre gonna be my backup plans instead of PLCs. since my parents wont let me do a plc so i might as well apply for a level 7 course just incase i get shit points (i hope to god i dont anyway i need 359)

lads do ye know if there will still be a bell curve for 2026 and/or will there also be inflated points for leaving cert 2026??

im not trying to sound stupid but but its because im hearing people saying that points inflation is completely gone and the bell curve also wont help us- is this true or are they just being sheep and spreading shit they hear?

I feel like im literally the only one staying home to study, the ONLY reason why I do it is because whenever I do a full day in dchool I cant simply get myself to study, I get too physically tired and burnt out.

Its basically May now anyway, so lmk
