Need help surname amendment
Hi! Yung father ko and mom ko hindi kasal so finofollow ko yung surname ng mother ko ever since bata pa lang ako. First passport ko is named under my mother's surname kaso yung father ko sabi niya pinacorrect niya raw surname ko to his surname kaya pinaayos namin siya sa DFA. Nagsubmit ako ng school records to DFA and yung birth certificate na bigay ng father ko. Naghiwalay eventually parents ko and wala na kaming contact sa father ko and nung need ng birth certificate sa school, nakalagay sa PSA bc na nirequest namin na under pa rin surname ko sa mama ko and never napalitan. So it turns out na fake pala yung bigay na birth certificate ng papa ko. Now namomroblema kami kasi pinapacorrect namin siya sa DFA ulit kaso mag one month na wala pa ring update, gano kaya yun katagal huhu
