I will be blunt with you, I have so much fear. They almost never lose finals, Inter has just won a Scudetto and will have far less motivations and hunger to win the Coppa Italia than a side who sits 8th in the league and had dealt with one of the hardest seasons in a lifetime. They perhaps could also send Roma to the Conference League, so that's a plus. Lazio's got an incredible defensive organization on top of all. Let me know what you think
