I'm about a month into working as an O/N stocker and I'm constantly getting harassed by my department manager and team lead with snarky remarks such as go faster and make it fast. They constantly ask me about how much I've gotten done during lunch and even text me work related job instructions before work! The thing is aside from my first week on the job, I always finish my aisle and zone before 6:30 am. On certain days I even finish earlier and go help another department. Sometimes I can't depending on the freight. It's like they want me to finish early and go help another department everyday while all the veterans can just do their thing in their own aisle for the duration of the entire shift. The favoritism towards the people who communicate in their own language ie; (hindi), is as clear as day. Mind you, every one here except me has been here for years. Is it worth it to go to the people's lead or am I gonna get hit with some corporate mumbo jumbo?
