Google leased ~20M sqft in Whitefield. Nvidia took ~7.6 lakh sqft in Mahadevapura. Also hearing Amazon, Salesforce moving more projects to India.

Demand picking up in ORR, Whitefield, Sarjapur. Rentals also rising.

Next 2–3 years bullish or bubble?
