Looking for any info / experience with renting an apartment at the Avenir building in the west end. I toured a one bedroom there and really liked it for the price. I am a little skeptical because the price of rent is a bit lower than other buildings in the area such as the Avalon, but I do know their amenities are not as competitive and they don’t market themselves as “high rise luxury”. Any advice is appreciated!
