I am running a Ryzen 7 5800X and an NVIDIA RTX 3060, but I'm experiencing significant performance issues in Fortnite. My frame rate fluctuates wildly between 60 and 140 FPS, never exceeding 140, and I frequently encounter stutters. Based on benchmarks for this hardware, I should be seeing a consistent 200+ FPS.

I have already ruled out the following:

• Fortnite Settings: Optimized for performance.
• Software/BIOS: BIOS and all drivers are fully up to date.
• Thermals: Both CPU and GPU temperatures are within normal ranges.
• RAM Configuration: I have confirmed my RAM is running at 3200MHz and is correctly seated in slots 2 and 4 for dual-channel performance.
• Power: My Windows Power Plan is set to High Performance, and I am using a 600W power supply.
• Monitor: Refresh rate is correctly set to 240Hz.

This has been a persistent issue and I'm at a loss for what to try next. Any solutions or insights would be greatly appreciated.
