Confused by suggestions

Hi yall!

So I went to Visia analysis to get more information about my skin but I think its pretty old machine and the information its giving is not that accurate. Well anyways the results were very good In all parts and even the age it gave me was 6 years less (yay!). One section which was lower than average woman was the inflammation/redness In skin and the other was oiliness. And with those I agree. So I went there actually to ask whether I should do Lumecca IPL or microneedling to improve my skintone.

She suggested to do combined pHFormula resurfacing treatment with microneedling at the same time?! That sounded too harsh for my thin couperose/rosacea prone skin…

So I asked another nurse and she said that ”no way microneedling for couperose/rosacea skin!”

So is there any experts online: What should I do? My main goal is to even the skin tone (less inflammation) plus some anti-ageing. I usually dont have much pimples, In the picture I have few spots but that was due my own hands… I have oily t-zone and normal skin on cheeks. Redness is on T-zone, mostly nose and around it…
