I'm at 7WPO from a breast reduction, lift and implant placement. We have gone from wet dressings to dry dressings. Right now the surgeon (who I see pretty regularly) is having me change the dressings every 12 hours with regular gauze and a thin layer of triple antibiotic. It normally bleeds in several places and there seems to be great blood flow to the area. I don't want to scour it and make it bleed more now that there is plenty of blood flow (if I don't have to).

What dressing regime would you have because what we have done so far is not making much of a difference.
