Hi all. I saw the flex reusable disc was highly recommended so I invested in one. I never had any luck with cups because they were either painful or leaked. Unfortunately, the disc was making my cramps worse by a lot. I tried adjusting it and made sure it was above my pubic bone. Feeling a little discouraged after spending the money on it. I wish this kind of product was returnable (obviously understand why it isn't, but I don't have money to just throw around on things that might not work). So I guess I'm looking for recommendations of the most comfortable one. Thanks.
