Looking into getting a used Outback Wilderness

Basically I am looking to get an OBW because I will be on the road for about a year. I intend to do a lot of camping (tent camping mainly), cross-country highway driving, and light trail driving to camp sites or moderate dirt roads like Shafer Trail in Canyonlands and Cathedral Valley in Capitol Reef. I've been researching a bit and it seems like it could handle that, I don't intend to do intense off roading.

Used OBWs seem hard to come by, and I've only found a couple decent options that are Subaru CPO nearby. So I'm curious to hear if either of these have red flags that I might not be aware of:
