Kinda wondering about a comparison with these two. Got this El'Druin to drop today, and with it giving me +7 to skills, it pumped a LOT of damage into my Static Field blizzard.

But it still kinda feels slow even after the fact. Is my Legendary wand still better because of the raw DPS on the weapon, +weapon damage stat? Just trying to understand why it would feel slower, despite the extra blizzard damage that El'Druin gives.
