I received my first batch from Hallendale yesterday! Just a heads up I didn’t get any sort of email or updates in the portal or emailed to me. I did sign up for fedex account that informed me I was receiving package so I was able to be home and get it in the fridge.
Went to upload my labs in the portal and the RN I spoke to in my initial consult is not listed anymore (Kryz Guerrero). Unsure who to reach out to now?
Background info: I am new to GLP-1 and pomegranate health. Initial appointment was 4/22. I received nd paid my invoice on the same day (Hallandale). No updates so far but trying to not to worry too much since it sounds like there are delays all around. Thanks in advance to any advice :)
