I think shadowboxing is so underrated. Think about it: with a pad holder, it’s almost impossible to fully find your own rhythm and flow. But with shadowboxing, you can explore your own mind. You have full control over your creativity, movement, and approach.
While I do make some of these videos for content, I also think it’s important to self analyze, make corrections, and continue improving. Let me know what you guys think about my movement.
Okay, real talk: 30 pull ups daily can change your appearance significantly in a year. You don’t have to overthink rest days and all that. Just buy a pull up bar, a dip belt, and a kettlebell that’s 10 to 15% of your body weight.
Do weighted sets, then take the weight off and do strict bodyweight reps after. Even if you can only do 3 to 6 reps right now, you’ll get strong fast. Pair this with running daily, and you’ll become a beast.
