I know there's Lofter but it seems more like a general blogging app.

Would like to get 75% CCR to do a world conquest as Zokka, is it even possible to get to 75% considering there's none in the NIs?

25 from admin ideas + 5 from the admin-court policy + 10 from a mission event + 10 from one of the unique privileges + 10 from illusion spells = 60% is the most I think you can get

Edit: You can get another 10% from the Xhazob which when stacked with the -10% coring duration from claims gets coring down to less than 10 months I think
