Grilled a Hot Dog

Thought I would try something different today. My grandma always used to pickle a combination of red onion and cucumbers and bring to every dinner. I have always loved them as a side so I figured why not try it on a hot dog?

I did a really basic pickle with red onions and cucumber slices and peppercorns in apple cider vinegar and just enough honey to offset the tanginess.

Grilled up a Kirkland dog on the Kettle over charcoal and threw it over some yellow mustard. Loved it - will definitely do again.
