Playing some J-pop style backing guitar with this crunch tone just feels amazing.

I captured my Kemper rigs into the Nano Cortex, and it completely eliminated the stress of constantly rewiring my gear.
Also, the pitch shifter is actually amazing.
I played "Needled 24/7" by Children of Bodom by pitching down a standard tuned guitar by a whole step, and the tracking was super impressive.
Maybe I should try writing my next track in 8-string Drop D now... 🥹

Practicing some Sonata Arctica sweeps on an 8-string. "San Sebastian" is still a masterpiece.

I've been practicing this for years, but... it's still a struggle.

Thought my new 8-string track was finally done. Listened to it in my car while working today... and suddenly the arrangement feels completely empty. 😭
Does anyone else relate to the absolute dread of reopening a massive DAW project after you mentally declared it "finished"? The struggle is real.
Anyway, here's a riff from the track. Back to the grind I guess... 🤘
