Your work ethic matters EVEN MORE NOW

I managed to secure a solid job recently and got promoted really quickly. The main thing my supervisor told me was that I had exceptional work ethic and that’s why he recommended me even though I’m a newer employee. It made me feel a lot better that my efforts are noticed and im using this opportunity to really change my life. Go harder than necessary don’t let this blip in the road be your final stop! I love this community and one mistake doesn’t define any of us.

I was considering going back to college but now that I have this stain on my record is it even worth getting my degree? What I’ve gathered is start from the bottom at a trade of sorts if I want to “lock in” a career as a felon. Any advice or ideas?
