Hi everyone,

I have been noticing a lot of people getting silent updates on their EB-1A AOS cases since yesterday and some are mentioning interviews being scheduled. This surprised me as I always understood interviews are generally waived for EB-1A — so I would love to hear from those who have gone through this.

For those who had an interview:

• How long after filing was the interview scheduled?
• Was it for the primary applicant only or spouse as well?
• What questions were asked?
• How long did the interview last?
• What documents did you bring?

Also a quick question on the AOS package: Did you include paystubs, W-2s, or other employment income documents in your initial filing? My understanding was these are not required for EB-1A since the petition is self-sponsored based on extraordinary ability — so I did not include them. Would love to know what others submitted.

My Timeline:

• Receipt Date: March 24, 2026
• Biometrics: April 6, 2026
• No silent updates since biometrics

• I-485: National Benefits Center
• EAD (I-765): Texas Service Center — location API shows SCD
• AP (I-131): Texas Service Center — location API shows SCD
• Interview: Waived

Interestingly both EAD and AP moved from NBC to Texas Service Center shortly after biometrics while my I-485 remains at NBC. Emma also confirmed my EAD is currently being actively reviewed.
