Something a bit out of the ordinary — just finished a build on my RIA “wannabe 2011.” Got the trigger pulling just under 2 lbs, and it shoots super flat thanks to the full steel frame.
Being in CA, options are pretty limited, but I’m all in at around $2,500 (including the base gun) and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
Base gun is a Rock Island Armory 1911 A2 FS Match Tac (bull barrel). Weighs in right at 3 lbs (48 oz) without the mag.
