I stayed at the Trailborn Grand Canyon a couple weeks ago, and the stay has posted to my account, along with my point bonus from the check in and the stay itself.

However I booked a room rate with 5000 bonus points, which have not shown up yet. When I’ve booked rates like this in the past I’ve gotten everything together. Has anyone experienced this before and should I wait it out a bit longer or call them?
