Got this tattoo on Thursday, artist used saran wrap afterwards. I have super sensitive skin and at first I thought it was a razor burn from him shaving my arm pretty roughly, but I can't help but being a bit concerned.

The rash is slightly bumpy and dry and itches, and warm to the touch. I also have a deep pain in arm/hand which comes and goes, perhaps because of weird positioning while getting tattooed..

What do you think, just irritated or might be infected?
