Got these last November, they were decent overpriced according to me pairing took ages since the start! 2 weeks ago the right ones noise cancelation went out and I couldn’t really hear much had to set the balance to right all the way to valence it out, 4 days after they lost the whole tendency to play music both the right and left, went to JBL they said they couldn’t do anything it’s a internal part malfunctioning and they couldn’t fix it got it to phone repair shops no success.
My advice-
Don go with JBL their speakers on cars we’re already bad but their earphone products are even worse! If you have the money sped the extra on AirPods if you don’t get the wired Apple ones the battery life is good but the mic, the pairing issues and customer service is god awful!
Super bad experience with JBL
Would not recommend buying stick to other brands!
