hello!! good day po, ewan ko po kung if i can post this here pero im a passer for shs 2026-2027! I was told that I would not be receiving a good morals certificate due to my colored hair (colored it for grad pero di ko alam na bawal kasi nagpakulay din kaibigan ko) wala akong offense buong buhay ko from kindergarten to jhs hahaha, i already paid the 10k reserve slot. For now, i’m trying to appeal with my school’s admin and osa. Pwede ko ba interchange yung good morals with recommendation certificate? thank you!!
