Hi all,

I just got a Playdate and it arrived today, but I'm having an issue getting it to do a system update. When I get to the error screen, both trying to restart the update and rebooting into recovery mode send me to a loading screen for a split second before going back to the error screen. Is this a known issue? If so how do I resolve it?
