Hello,

I'm trying to make a crochet top, and I'm struggling. The top keeps getting smaller, and I'm not sure how to fix it. From my shoulder to my waist is 23 inches, and the top shrinks to 21 inches (I'm not sure if this helps, but I am a bigger woman). Should I keep the top at 21 inches and hope relaxing it helps, or start over and increase the starting chain so it shrinks to 23 inches? My yarn is 80% Superwash Merino, 20% Nylon, fingering weight, and I use a 4mm hook
