Hello! I am new to this community and I am excited to potentially share my stuff and bring at least some entertainment to people.
So I am quite the daydreamer. It just so happens one day I see an advertisement for a writing competition; 5000 words of the beggining of your unpublished novel. I wrote and I haven't looked back since. I didn't win anything but I am eternally grateful regardless because it got me started on this story which is an amalgamation, if you will, of all of the stories and ideas I have had in my head.
It is a YA Dark(ish?) Academia Political Fantasy I initially named "Heir Academy" which I quickly changed to "Dynasty Academy - Heirs of Chaos" after finding out that the initial title was already a thing.
Regardless, as far as I know the concept is unique in the YA Fantasy circle, which says a lot?
Anyway here is what I am willing to reveal about the novel on here for now:
To prevent global war, the heirs of eight rival nations are forced to attend Dynasty Academy together as students—and glorified hostages.
It's a fragile peace, tested annually by "Anarchy Day": a spontaneous, 24-hour period of absolute lawlessness designed to forge future rulers through brutal survival.
I don't want to spoil much. Nay, I don't want to spoil anything. Please message me if you are interested in reading my opening chapters, I have much more to give after those as well if it continues to interest you.
