I have been using Bell for over four years on their 1 gig fibre package and recently moved to an apartment that is proving to be a logistical nightmare. While there is a fibre cable running directly to the basement and the buildings on both sides of me have active Fiber service, Bell’s system insists that my address is not fibre-ready. Right now, the unit only has standard coax outlets and no fiber jack in sight, which makes the "unavailability" claim even more frustrating given the physical cable is sitting right downstairs.

I have contacted Bell numerous times trying to get a technician to come out for a scan or an installation, but I am constantly rerouted to the sales team. They just read from the same script saying the service isn't available and offer no real help or feedback. My landlord is fully on board and has even offered his phone number to coordinate the installation, yet I still can’t get past the front-line reps to talk to anyone in engineering or dispatch who can authorize a site survey.

Does anyone have experience with getting a Service Qualification or Address Validation? I am looking for a way to bypass the sales queue and reach the people who actually manage the infrastructure. I know the cable is there, I just need a human to acknowledge it and install the jack so I can stop being stuck with coax.

Moved to a new apartment today and found out there's no Fibre jack in the unit itself. I'm living with 3 other people, who all study and work from home, so Fibre is really important. Anyway around this?
