Is there a open world game based in a japan type city like persona 5 thats I can just relax and play.

Is there a good turn based game that is like Persona 5 and Expedition 33. I want it to have have good exploration and a good level grinding system to unlock new powers and weapons. Also a good story would would be perfect. A bonus is if it also has the anime style like persona otherwise anything other then pixel graphics.

Is there a game that is like persona 5 where you get to walk around the a like japan where I can explore. As long as its 3rd person with that chill relaxing vibe ill give it a shot.

I was watching Naruto dub in english on Netflix with a von to Singapore but all of a sudden its stopped showing Naruto on Netflix. Does anybody know where I can buy or whatever to watch it in english?
