[BO] Unsolved string of Numbers from Revelations?

I became fascinated again with The NumbersTM and I was looking through the Wiki to figure out how the cipher worked and what, if anything, has been translated.

A lot of the numbers have been translated, but towards the very bottom of the page, I found this string that is- according to the page, yet to be deciphered:

“9 19 18 4 6 21 17 14 9 19 8 24 17 24 5 13 11 20 15 21 24 11 9 12 8 20 21 10 16 23 4 22 21 4 0 14”

Is it true that this string is still undeciphered, due to not having an initial starting word and number? I’ve set up a spreadsheet to quickly do the deciphering and get a “translated” sequence, and was about to go all in on brute forcing the code, going through every page of Profiles in Courage to hunt this down, but I didn’t want to go too far in case someone else has already done this.

Tl;Dr, is this string still unsolved?

Wanting to join my local PD’s police force this year, minor anxieties: what is there to expect?

I’m wanting to go into the San Marcos police department this year, but the prospect of the written test has been eating away at the back of my mind for a month or two now since I made the decision last year.

I’m admittedly not the best with math. It’s always been my shortcoming in life even as a relatively smart guy, numbers just don’t stick in my head. I’ve got the anxiety that it’ll come to bite me in the ass when I take the test.

What level of math is there in the test, in y’alls experience? If it helps to get a more accurate answer, it’s the San Marcos PD.
It would be nice to get an understanding of what all else is going to be in the test, but really the math portion is giving me the worst worries. It doesn’t help that I’ve never been good with testing in general, have always had bad testing anxiety.
