Why does this game thinks I be long here ?

Why does this game thinks I be long here ?

Hello everyone !

This season I try to push for gold, but in my journey I tried a lot of Jett, with an overall less than 40% WR… Last game today I pickep up Chamber for the fun of it, but this game decided to put me not only in a really hard lobby (Gold 2-3 average), someone also just RQ the game after 7 rounds.

I understand how the MMR works but still, this is a bit frustrating, I can’t wrap my head around the fact that the game just puts me in front of much much higher people even if I perform poorly against people my rank? I mean, look at my tracker and see for yourself ^^’

That’s it, I needed to let it out and vent,
Have a nice day all !!

Is my analyse correct ?

Hello everyone!

I am on and off Valo since a few years. Peak silver 2 and currently silver 1. It was my first tac FPS on PC, I also played OW for approximately 200 hours. My goal would be to reach gold atm. I also play on and off because I am currently travelling so that’s why on the few days I play I play more games than I should.

I like the duellist playstyle, I used to play a lot of Phoenix but it seemed I couldn’t take enough space for my teams so I decided to switch to Jett this act after trying other agents.

So I played a lot of Jett in the past days and when I analyse I find those conclusions:

  1. HS% too low imo so more aimtrain and DM for better CH placements.
  2. KAST 70% (imo it is too low innit?) so I must take fights that are too bad for me and peak too much when not needed. I think I kind of lack patience and go in before my team can help me.
  3. I am inconsistent some games I can MVP some I’ll be an NPC, but the next I still perform well. Is it a mental thing or just my mechanics ? Because I still focus on the win every game but sometimes it looks like I am useless anyway.
  4. Weapon choices: I usually take the OP if I can and try to holds angle. But usually I only buy it in defense, is the OP worth it in attack and should I then lurk / flank to find some picks ?

I try a lot of things now that I learn a new agent, I try to entry, I try to bring value but it sometimes end up poorly. I looked up a lot of tutorial and watch also streamers atm when I can.

Are my conclusions right or did I overlooked something essential ? Would a switch to a more “passive” agent benefit me overall? I love other characters but it seems in my games we generally lack of proactive entry on site and that’s what I try to bring.

Thanks in advance for your advices!
Have a good day !
