I’m building something around housing data so I probably look at listings a bit too much but it does feel a bit different than last year

not like a crash or anything, just…

more places up for sale

some listings hanging around for weeks

overbidding still happens but not as insane as before

last year it felt like everything would sell no matter what

now it’s more like if the price is right it goes fast, otherwise it just kind of… sits

also feels very dependent on location / energy label etc

could be just my bubble though

curious what others are seeing?
