What’s the largest jump in rating that you have seen on RYM? It can be up or down in quality.

I’m trying to get into Vorar Helas’ house, but my character is not skilled enough, it also always says that Rabinna is too frightened to talk to me, so I can’t get her disposition up. What should I do so I can progress? I’m not sure I want her to follow me the whole time, but I also want to complete the mission.
