Lieblingsuhr - Freude teilen

I work in a school and the other day I found cameras in an old cabinet. I knew, that nobody was using them, because the film that was laying there has expired in 1995 and 2000. The gear probably belonged to some kind of photography class.
Today I sat down with the headmaster and asked him, if I could have the cameras and he agreed. He said, that they didn’t have any value for the school, so he offered them to me for 50€. I immediately told him, I would give him double, because I felt guilty.

I didn’t test any cameras with film yet, but I did test all the Canon-lenses and they seem to work fine.
Didn’t really use ND-Filters or yellow filters before. Anything I should know?
The Canon Ftb QL seems to work fine as well mechanically. I have to still try it with a battery though.
With the Canon AL-1 qF there are problems, because the batteries leaked. I have to try to fix that.
The mechanics with the Mamiya M645J seems to work fine as well. I testet it with a battery and it worked. The viewfinder looks good to me, although I don’t have any experience with medium format cameras other than the Diana F+.
I don’t expect much from the expired with, since it wasn’t stored cold. But I am so excited to try out the Mamiya.
