So I have applied for SSC post selection exam and filled as OBC, I had state OBC certificate and applied for central OBC NCL certificate a week back but it might be issued after the cutoff date of application. Does cutoff date mean that I should have had obc ncl certificate before the cutoff or I should have been eligible for obc ncl but I can get the certificate before the document verification?
