Alright, I feel like I’m losing my mind at this point.
Setup:
PS5 → HDMI → Elgato 4K X → PC (OBS)
Chat Link Pro → controller + headset
What works:
Video in OBS = perfect
Audio over HDMI (before Chat Link) = perfect
What breaks everything:
The SECOND I plug in the Chat Link Pro/headset…
OBS goes completely silent
Video still fine
I can hear everything in my headset
So clearly PS5 is rerouting audio to the controller and killing HDMI audio. Cool. Got it.

Here’s where it gets stupid:
Every single tutorial says:
“Just switch from HDMI audio to Analog audio in Elgato software”
…except…
I DON’T HAVE THAT OPTION ANYWHERE
I’ve:
Installed Elgato software
Checked OBS properties
Closed every app that could be using the capture card
Restarted everything like 10 times
Nothing.
No analog toggle. No hidden setting. Nothing.

So now I’m stuck in this loop:
No Chat Link → OBS audio works
Chat Link plugged in → OBS audio dies
“Fix” requires analog option
Analog option does not exist
Amazing.

I’m running multiple Aqara cameras including:
Four G5 Pro PoE cameras
G400 doorbell
Camera Hub G3 (indoor “bunny ears” camera)
Aqara Hub M3 (all cameras connected through it)
All cameras are working correctly:
They are online
They stream instantly when tapped
They are properly named in the Accessories tab (Driveway Cam, Backyard Cam, Front Yard Cam, etc.)
The issue is specifically with the Board view in the Aqara app.
No matter how I add the cameras to the Board:
Device cards
Player cards
They all behave the same way:
Show black screens with a play button (no preview or snapshot)
Only display the label “Camera” instead of the actual device name
So on the Board, I end up with multiple identical black tiles all labeled “Camera,” which makes it impossible to tell which camera is which without tapping each one.

Things I’ve already tried
Deleting and re adding cards
Using Player vs Device cards
Renaming all cameras
Force closing app and reinstalling
Confirmed same WiFi network
All cameras connected through Aqara Hub M3
Cameras work perfectly in Apple Home (snapshots and live view both work)
Also seeing the exact same behavior on the Camera Hub G3, so it does not seem specific to PoE cameras or a specific model.

Questions
Is this just how Aqara Board cards behave now (no previews and generic labels)?
Is there any way to force the Board to show actual camera names instead of just “Camera”?
Has anyone gotten consistent previews or snapshots working on the Board?
