I recently encountered an issue with my Viwoods AiPaper. It seems that the device fails to enter sleep mode automatically when I close the official Viwoods Protective Case.
I’ve checked the settings but couldn't find a specific toggle for the Hall sensor/magnetic sleep function. I have to manually press the power button every time to ensure the screen is off, which is a bit inconvenient.
Has anyone else experienced this same issue? Is there a software setting I might have missed, or could it be a hardware alignment problem with the magnets in the case?
